The Opportunity

We’re hiring Personal and Life Insurance Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

This is not a transactional sales role.  Success here comes from trust, expertise, and long-term relationships.

The early years require discipline, consistency, and hustle- prospecting, follow-up, and learning the craft.  For those who commit, the long-term earning potential, autonomy, and client relationships are substantial.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and families, many of whom are business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them manage risk and implement smart, long-term insurance strategies.

This is an in-office role in Charlottesville, VA, with time spent prospecting, meeting clients and referral partners, and engaging in the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners
  • Develop and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Generate new business across home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance
  • Continuously improve through training, mentorship, and experience

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Growth-minded problem solver
  • Proven ability to set goals and execute consistently
  • Strong communicator (written, verbal, in-person, and virtual)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Property & Casualty and Life licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and modern AI tools
