The Opportunity
We are seeking Business Insurance Producers to join our growing team.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them manage risk, implement smart insurance strategies, and grow with confidence over time.
This is an in-office role based in Charlottesville, Virginia, with time spent prospecting, meeting clients, and engaging in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
- Develop referral networks and centers of influence
- Design and implement long-term insurance strategies for businesses
- Build and manage a profitable book of business while exceeding production and retention goals
- Steward client, in-office account management, and insurance carrier partner team relationships
- Stay sharp on products, insurance carriers, systems, workflows, and technology
- Commit to continuous improvement through training, education, and skill development
Who We’re Looking For
- A curious, growth-minded professional who creates opportunities and solves problems
- A competitive, organized self-starter
- A track record of setting goals and executing plans to achieve them
- Proven sales success advising business owners or entrepreneurs (insurance experience preferred)
- Strong communicator- written, verbal, and in person or virtual
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Property & Casualty and Life licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain and maintain)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and modern AI tools
